- Comfortable using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in the work area
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Experience with machine programming or making minor CNC adjustments
- Familiarity with computer-based data entry and production tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous CNC machining or manufacturing environment experience
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, including occasional weekends or overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation to the Fresno, CA location
