Production Supervisor 2nd shift

Our client, an established Food Manufacturer is seeking a Production Supervisor 2nd shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality food products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

-F, 2 pm - 10 pm (flexible)*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Supervise daily production activities and ensure production schedules are met.

+ Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees

+ Schedule and assign work to ensure efficient production flow.

+ Monitor productivity, quality, labor, and equipment performance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

+ Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF/BRC, USDA/FDA, OSHA, and company policies.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED.

+ 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation.

+ Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

+ Bilingual in English/Spanish
