- Medical, dental, and vision insurance (company pays 50% of employee‑only health premium)
- Health Savings Account option with high‑deductible plans
- Paid time off:
- 1 week in year one
- 2 weeks in years 2–6
- 3 weeks after 7+ years
- 6 paid holidays plus up to 3 bereavement days
- Company‑matched SIMPLE IRA (up to 3% of annual income)
People who do well in this role are self‑sufficient, detail‑oriented, and take ownership of their work. Because this is a small company, every employee has a direct impact on quality, delivery, and the company’s bottom line. You’ll see the tangible result of your efforts every time a product ships, which is something the team takes a lot of pride in.
