Our client, an established Food Manufactureris seeking a Production Supervisor 2nd shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality food products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Production Supervisor 2nd shift
Location:
Fresno, CA
Pay Range: $25+/hr
Schedule: M
-F, 2 pm - 10 pm (flexible)
What’s the Job?
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production schedules are met.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees
- Schedule and assign work to ensure efficient production flow.
- Monitor productivity, quality, labor, and equipment performance to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF/BRC, USDA/FDA, OSHA, and company policies.
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
