Job Description
Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour
SHIFT 1AM-9:30AM +OT
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Utilize knives to debone front halves
* Product Grading and Packing
- Identify and pack product into trays or bulk product codes that meets product specifications
* Salvaging - Utilize salvaging techniques to separate bruised, damaged, mis-cut or diseased chicken/chicken parts.
Qualifications
* Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor
* Must be able to use small hand held tools such as knives or scissors.
* Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken
* Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs required.
* Rotation into all positions on the fillet line is required.
