# Night Sanitation Education Level Not Specified## Description The work for this position takes place in production facilities. The production rooms are equipped with a refrigeration system that sustains the temperature at 35°-45°

F. The room is also equipped with long tables used for processing meat products; machinery used to grind meat; warehouse machinery and conveyor belts to transport boxes. The room is well-lit and has a level concrete floor that can be wet. The production room is also equipped with a loading dock and heavy-duty rack shelving to house product.
** Description of Job Tasks:
*** Remove all trash and debris from the production room
* Clean and sanitize all floors and gutters using best practices
* Complete breakdown of machinery
* Clean and sanitize (using hot water) equipment and walls using best practices
* Squeegee all floors, walls, and ceilings
* Clean and organize all chemicals and tools used in cleaning and sanitizing procedure
* Adhere to all safety protocols and GMPs
** Physical Requirements/Environment:
*** Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials
* Requires prolonged standing during work hours
* Requires stooping, kneeling, bending and reaching
* Must work in noisy and crowded environments
* Must work in and around and odors
** Safety Clothing/Equipment:
*** Must comply with company dress code
* Layered clothing is advised
