What We Are Looking For :We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, who will work directly with our Director of Marketing and play key role in maintaining and developing our company’s marketing vision, strategy and goals. This position requires an understanding of brand strategy, trade show marketing, creative, media, retail marketing, community driven marketing, digital performance marketing and organic social and influencer marketing. Some of your duties will be developing collateral materials (print and digital) with art group in conjunction with marketing campaigns to grow sales;
managing and coordinating our Customer Service Department & Trade Show staff; constructing forecasts based on industry trends and market changes; and strategic planning based on knowledge of business operations and procedures.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Measure ROI and KPIs for all marketing activities, providing regular performance reports to senior management.
- Use data‑driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Help develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive DTC sales.
- Create and manage annual marketing plans, including budget allocation and resource planning.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
- Develop and oversee social media to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive traffic to DTC channels.
- Manage the social media calendar and ensure on‑brand content across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest).
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to leverage new platforms and tools.
- Uphold all set brand standards. Drive process for all ROI calculations for success of all marketing campaigns.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns –for all product lines– from conception to completion – including copywriting, design, review and proof process, printing, mailing, posting, etc.
- Collaborate with our external art group on the creation of high‑quality, compelling content tailored for different social media platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Oversee all interaction with creative teams, including graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters, to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to enhance brand reach and engagement.
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to boost DTC sales through partnerships.
- Oversee and develop trade show marketing campaigns and strategies for trade shows.
- Manage trade show marketing programs and booth staff at all trade shows.
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and creative development.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate with external agencies or internal teams for media buying and planning.
- Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate with e‑commerce teams to optimize the online customer experience and conversion rates.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all marketing channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and traditional marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all content adheres to brand standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging platforms, and technological advancements in social media and digital marketing.
- Work with R&D team to review potential areas to explore/develop.
- Experiment with new marketing techniques and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
