Life Bridge Community Church is seeking a passionate, relational, and visionary Youth Pastor to lead and grow our youth ministry. This individual will create environments where students can build meaningful relationships, encounter Jesus, develop a thriving relationship with God, and discover their purpose.

The Youth Pastor will actively engage youth both inside and outside the church through discipleship, outreach, events, mentorship, and community partnerships. The ideal candidate is someone who loves Jesus, connects naturally with young people, and is energized by gathering people, building relationships, and reaching the next generation with the hope of Christ.

• Lead and oversee all youth ministry programs, gatherings, services, and special events.
• Create engaging environments where students feel welcomed, valued, and connected.
• Develop and implement biblically grounded curriculum, small groups, and discipleship opportunities.
• Recruit, train, equip, and support youth volunteers and ministry leaders.
• Foster spiritual growth and leadership development among students.

• Develop and implement strategies to connect with unchurched youth and families.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, sports programs, and other youth-serving agencies.
• Serve as a bridge between Life Bridge Community Church and the broader community to create opportunities for youth engagement and impact.
• Develop strategic partnerships that expand the reach and effectiveness of the youth ministry.
• Represent Life Bridge Community Church at outreach events, health fairs, school activities, and community gatherings.
• Plan and coordinate outreach events, service projects, camps, conferences, and special activities.
• Encourage students to invite and engage their friends and peers.

• Build authentic relationships with youth and their families.
• Provide spiritual guidance, encouragement, and mentorship to students.
• Create opportunities for youth to discover their gifts, serve others, and develop leadership skills.
• Partner with parents to support the spiritual growth and development of their children.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of youth ministry programs and events.
• Assess ministry effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Manage ministry resources, budgets, and event logistics as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with church policies and youth safety standards.
• Collaborate with church staff and ministry leaders to support the overall mission and vision of Life Bridge Community Church.
