• Provide RN case management for pediatrics (concurrent care) patients, ensuring quality of life and connection with loved ones during the final days of the patient.
• Promote the philosophy of hospice, focusing on quality of life rather than disease cure.
• Deliver compassionate support to patients and families during vulnerable moments.

• Completion of a professional nursing program accredited by the Board of Registered Nursing and a valid California RN license.
• Minimum two years of pediatric nursing experience in acute care, pediatric/neonatal intensive care, pediatric oncology, and/or hospice care.
• Knowledge of hospice/concurrent care programs preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn and assimilate the electronic medical record system.
• Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Care Certification desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with administrative and clinical staff.
• Ability to handle difficult and complex situations.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, acceptable driving record, proof of auto insurance and current registration.

• Hourly pay: $57.00 - $59.00.
