Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 3 shifts per week
• 11.5-hour shifts, 07:00 - 19:30

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum one year of dedicated experience in a Level III NICU
• Proficient in caring for critically ill neonates in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• BLS and NRP certifications required

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to neonates, monitoring and managing complex conditions
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other specialists for comprehensive care planning
• Adhere to evidence-based protocols and safety standards
• Offer supportive communication with families and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain meticulous patient records and participate in unit quality initiatives
