There is an immediate opening for a CRNA dedicated to GI cases with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. This role is designed for providers who value a predictable routine with no call, no nights, and no weekends .

Responsibilities

• Independently administer and manage anesthesia for a wide variety of gastrointestinal (GI) procedures.
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery to ensure safety and comfort.
• Provide safe emergence and oversee post-anesthesia care in the recovery area.
• Maintain accurate electronic clinical records.
• Collaborate effectively with gastroenterologists and the surgical center staff.

  Options for both 8-hour and 10-hour shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA in California (or eligibility for licensure).
• National certification by the NBCRNA (or eligibility to sit for the exam for SRNAs).
• Strong clinical skills and comfort working in an efficient outpatient GI environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation

• Full-Time Compensation: $450,000 annually on a 1099 basis.
• Locums Compensation: Competitive hourly rates available (negotiable based on experience).
• Schedule: Full-time M-F;
  no call/nights/weekends .
• Structure: As a 1099 contractor, providers have the flexibility to manage their own benefits and retirement while maximizing their gross income.
