• Manage a defined patient population of children and adolescents with diabetes, growth disorders, thyroid disease, and other hormonal conditions in a modern outpatient setting.
• Provide chronic disease management and hormone therapy management.
• Collaborate with medical directors, nursing administration, nurses, pediatric endocrinologists, diabetes educators, dietitians, and a diverse multidisciplinary team.
• Serve as expert practitioner, consultant, educator, patient advocate, and care coordinator for a defined endocrine population.

The organization seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with pediatric clinical experience; while endocrinology experience is preferred, candidates from pediatric primary care, pediatric diabetes management, pediatric hospital medicine, pediatric specialty clinics, or other pediatric-focused settings with a passion for endocrine disorders are encouraged to apply.
