We are hiring full-time or part-time Hospitalist Nurse Practitioners for a nocturnist role. The nocturnist requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center. Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

• Board certified or eligible nurse practitioners.
• Active California license preferred.
• Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

We are looking for a nurse practitioner interested in a nocturnist role.

• 7 on/7 off schedule.
• Shifts are 12 hours in length; 12 pm - 12 am and 1 pm - 1 am.

• Complete admissions for hospitalist service.
• No procedures required.
• Work alongside other day and swing shift advanced practice providers.
• Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.
• Utilize Epic EMR.

• Annual compensation of $175,000 - $180,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
