The Cath Lab and Cardiac Procedural Services unit delivers comprehensive interventional cardiology and electrophysiology care, enabling the Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Manager to help coordinate high-acuity cases with speed and safety. Multiple dedicated procedural suites, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, structural heart interventions, and rapid STEMI response pathways create an environment where the Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Manager drives excellence. Integrated pre- and post-procedural care, including PICA, ensures seamless patient flow under the guidance of the Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Manager.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager Cath Lab, the RN Assistant Nurse Manager – Cardiac Procedural Services partners with a supportive leadership team, engaged charge nurses, and a diverse interprofessional group of technologists, APPs, and cardiology providers. The Interventional Cardiology Assistant Nurse Manager guides quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives, mentors and develops clinical talent, and collaborates on policy updates, accreditation readiness, and practice councils to sustain top-tier outcomes.
