As a Registered Nurse,you’llsupport a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, patient-centered outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to apply your clinicalexpertisein an environment built on teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thoroughassessmentsand implement individualized care plans to supportoptimalrecovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillarystaffand families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient’s stay. Youmaintainaccurate,timely documentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.
QualificationsEducation High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience Consistent demonstration of proficient clinical nursing practice proficiency required Licenses and Certifications RN
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required BLS
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required NATIONAL
- National Certification related to specialty and applicable to role preferred CHS Health Stream Courses ALS-OB
- Advanced Life Support OB Program required within 6 months of hire or transfer into position for the following departments: 01-74000 Labor & Delivery, 01-74003 Antepartum, 01-74004 OB Triage. Clovis: 02-74000 Labor & Delivery, 02-74001 Antepartum Testing, 02-74004 OB Triage. BAC
- Basic Arrhythmia Course required within 6 months of hire or transfer into position for the following departments: 04-87301 Centralized Flex Staffing, 04-87302 Centralized Float, 01-61100 Burn Center, 01-61701 Med Surg 2 Central, 01-61702 Med Surg 5 Central, 01-61703 Med Surg 7 West, 01-61730 Med Surg Oncology, 01-61770 Orthopedics 5 West, 01-61790 CPCU, 01-61791 CVS Progressive 8W, 01-74270 PACU-Recovery, 01-74276 FH PACU, 01-74300 Short Stay Surgery, 01-74306 FH Short Stay Surgery, 01-87300 Nurse Float-PR Only.
