Community Regional in downtown Fresno is seeking a Nurse Navigator for Cardiac Services. You will serve as the main clinical resource and liaison for cardiac patients, guiding them from referral through post-procedure follow-up, and collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons and inpatient teams.
This full-time RN position offers 40 hours weekly, day shifts, focusing on safety, evidence-based care, patient experience and coordination across the hospital's cardiac program.
