As a Certified Nursing Assistant at East Bay Post Acute, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care while helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Monitoring residents and reporting any changes in condition to the nursing team Taking and documenting vital signs accurately

Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using proper safety techniques

Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Providing compassionate emotional support and building positive relationships with residents and families

Assisting licensed nursing staff with resident care and documentation as needed

Following all facility policies and infection control procedures

Qualifications Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced post-acute setting Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
