We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Surgery to assist physicians in delivering spine care focused on neck and back pain.
Key responsibilitiesinclude obtaining medical histories, managing medical and surgical emergencies, assisting in the operating room, performing physical exams, reviewing lab and radiology results, counseling patients, providing education, and coordinating ongoing care.
Qualificationsrequired are completion of an accredited nursing or PA program, board certification, active CA license, BLS and CPR certifications, with preferred experience in a clinical setting, spine care, and first assist skills.
Ideal candidatesdemonstrate excellence, effective communication, a service-oriented attitude, compassion, efficiency, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Additional dutiesinvolve coordinating health initiatives, participating in meetings, maintaining confidentiality, and engaging in professional development.
Compensationranges from $150,000 to $200,000 annually, with higher pay for candidates with spine experience.
