We are seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team in Fresno, California. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Acute Care NP to provide inpatient medical care while working alongside a large, multidisciplinary clinical team.

Full-time or part-time opportunity 7-on/7-off schedule 12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Annual compensation of $160,000–$165,000 + bonuses Moonlighting premium available for additional shifts Collaborative team environment Closed ICU setting Epic EMR Affiliated with UCSF Fresno, providing opportunities to work within a teaching environment

• Provide inpatient medical care in a closed ICU environment
• Consult on medical issues while Psychiatry remains primary for patients
• Manage a diverse patient population with a broad range of medical needs
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner
• Acute Care NP certification required
• Experience as an APP in an acute care hospital setting required
• Active California license preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• $160,000–$165,000 annually + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
