Clinicians on assignment will find year-round outdoor and cultural activities available across the greater San Jose and Silicon Valley area, with tours to surrounding Bay Area destinations also within reach.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care and urgent care services, including sick visits, to adult patients at a correctional facility in Milpitas, California, working Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities encompass standard primary care services as well as urgent care and sick visits within a structured correctional setting. On-site support staff includes MD, APP, RN, and EMS to assist with daily clinical operations.

Prescriptive authority is required for this position.
