• Inspect incoming raw materials and verify conformance to specifications, including ASME material requirements.
• Perform final inspections on completed systems before shipment to ensure every product leaves to spec.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks and visual inspections throughout assembly and production.
• Identify and document non‑conforming materials; coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to initiate timely corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records, deviation logs, and quality tracking reports.
• Partner with engineering and production teams on root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Quality or inspection experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus—but we welcome motivated candidates eager to build their QA career.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Nav, Net Suite, SAP, or similar) is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures with accuracy and consistency.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and standard data entry.
• Working knowledge of quality standards, basic inspection tools, and documentation practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods (80% of workday).
• Clear communicator with sound judgment, a team‑first attitude, and a track record of reliability.
