GeneralJob Duties for All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory with associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
- Receive training and orientation on the job.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Perform accurate math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and make correct monetary change.
- Use motor coordination to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Navigate maps to locate addresses within the delivery area, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when handling trash and performing outdoor tasks; in-store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to over 90°F in some areas; exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk-in cooler; hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts; exposure to adverse weather during delivery, driving, and couponing.
