The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business, providing best‑in‑class customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and managing talent.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations, including payroll management.
• Train and develop non‑management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.

The starting rate for this position is $21.30 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $21.30-$21.30 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
