Service Deli Manager – 7075 N. Marks, Fresno, CA 93711 USA

• Manage all aspects of service deli operations, including product ordering, inventory control, merchandising, and sales techniques.
• Plan and monitor production to satisfy projected sales and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Provide prompt, high‑quality customer service to maximize sales and profits.
• Ensure proper food preparation and packaging.
• Uphold policies and procedures, lead and instruct employees, recognize sales trends, and promote a team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to follow the Company sales and production planning standards.
• Basic literacy and math skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership/team‑building, and training skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and suggestive‑selling ability.
• Ability to perform in‑stock positioning and maintain pricing integrity.

One year of college (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience).

Two years of related experience.

Must be available to work a variety of required retail hours.

Basic office and store environment: ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull, and lift objects.
