Game Stop - 3737 West Shaw Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests and assisting them with video gaming needs;
Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensuring items are well-presented;
Assist the store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder
