Role & Responsibilities
The Sales Specialist III encompasses the duties of the sales Specialist I and II, the sales assistants and coordinators positions if those are not currently filled or in their absence. These are administrative positions in support of the sales team to facilitate their ability to follow up on sales leads and prepare successful and timely responses to bid and quote requests.
- Works under the direction of the Sales Director, BDAs and Proposal Manager
- Responsible for updating word bank information in Quire and appendices
- Assembly of required bid documents such as PTs, resumes, audits, certifications, etc.
- Updates Clients information in LIMS
- Assists with trade shows and conferences
- Reviews client lists, sales and demographics to assist with targeted growth, client retention and win backs
- Assists with research and lead generation.
- Maintains RFP schedule and calendar
Qualifications & Education Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree; 4 Years applicable experience; 10 year’s experience can substitute for degree.
For Safety, having certifications as a CESCO and CHO is preferable.
