Are you a driven outside sales professional who thrives in the field and enjoys owning your territory?

We are partnering with a well-established B2B services company that supports construction and commercial job sites throughout the Central Valley. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of the Fresno-area territory and drive meaningful growth.

This is not a desk job. This is a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-driven role where visibility, persistence, and follow-through directly impact your success.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a defined Fresno territory
  • Manage and expand existing accounts while actively prospecting new customers
  • Conduct regular job site visits and walkthroughs
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, site supervisors, and procurement teams
  • Prepare pricing, quotes, and proposals with confidence
  • Meet clear activity goals for visits, calls, and CRM tracking
  • Partner with inside sales and operations to deliver exceptional service

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to grow a territory and win new business
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfort in job site environments and field-based selling
  • CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills
  • Base salary: $65,000 to $75,000 plus commission
  • Comprehensive medical options
