Are you a driven outside sales professional who thrives in the field and enjoys owning your territory?
We are partnering with a well-established B2B services company that supports construction and commercial job sites throughout the Central Valley. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of the Fresno-area territory and drive meaningful growth.
This is not a desk job. This is a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-driven role where visibility, persistence, and follow-through directly impact your success.
What You’ll Do- Own and grow a defined Fresno territory
- Manage and expand existing accounts while actively prospecting new customers
- Conduct regular job site visits and walkthroughs
- Build strong relationships with contractors, site supervisors, and procurement teams
- Prepare pricing, quotes, and proposals with confidence
- Meet clear activity goals for visits, calls, and CRM tracking
- Partner with inside sales and operations to deliver exceptional service
- Real autonomy to manage your schedule and territory
- A competitive market where strong relationship builders stand out
- Clear performance expectations and opportunity to grow earnings
- A role where face-to-face interaction truly matters
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to grow a territory and win new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfort in job site environments and field-based selling
- CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills
- Base salary: $65,000 to $75,000 plus commission
