Salesperson, Industrial Sales

Location: Central Valley, CA (Territory: California and the Central Coast)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to support business development for our Industrial Blasting and Coating operations throughout the Central Valley. This role focuses on generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and representing our surface preparation and protective coating services in the field. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in an industrial sales environment.

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the industrial, commercial, and infrastructure markets
• Travel throughout the assigned territory (Bakersfield to Manted meet with prospective and existing clients
• Present industrial blasting, surface preparation, and coating solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, facility managers, engineers, and project managers
• Manage territory planning, scheduling, and sales activities efficiently
• Meet or exceed individual and company sales goals

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to learn technical services and understand industrial project requirements
• Outside sales experience preferred; industrial, construction, or coatings experience a preferred
