Infinite Roofing Solutions is expanding its Fresno door‑knocking team! We’re looking for experienced, confident appointment setters who can generate quality leads for our Roof Maxx rejuvenation and roof‑maintenance services.
You’ll be the first impression homeowners have of our brand — offering a free, no‑pressure roof health check and explaining how we can help them save thousands by rejuvenating instead of replacing.
Responsibilities- Go door‑to‑door in targeted Fresno neighborhoods
- Engage homeowners and set inspection appointments
- Log appointments in CRM daily
- Participate in morning team meetings and report results
- Maintain professionalism and represent the brand with integrity
- 2–3 years of door‑to‑door sales or canvassing experience
- Must be 18 or older
- Solar or roofing background strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Base Pay + High Commission Structure + Performance Bonuses
- Advancement to Sales Closer or Team Lead available
