Sales Manager

As the cornerstone of Famous Software’s offerings, it integrates applications to manage business processes from inventory to financial and supply chain logistics.

Famous Software is looking for an experienced Sales Manager, who will inspire and guide a team of skilled sales professionals while spearheading business development efforts in a fast‑paced environment. This role involves frequent travel to meet clients, explore new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Your leadership will be essential in growing our customer base, with a focus on ERP solutions tailored to the produce industry.

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales objectives
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at increasing market share and meeting revenue goals
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their unique needs and offering customized ERP solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Custom Software Developers, Marketing and Professional Services
• Deliver engaging and impactful product demonstrations and sales presentations, both in‑person and virtually
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date sales records using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in ERP sales
• 3-5 years of experience leading and mentoring sales teams
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑building capabilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to delivering customer‑centered solutions
• Previous experience with Famous Software a plus
• Ability to travel domestically and into Canadian markets

At this time, Famous Software does not offer relocation packages. Additionally, telecommuting is not an option for this position.
