This opportunity is designed for experienced Comfort Advisors who are confident in their ability to generate results and want an uncapped compensation plan directly tied to performance.
If you have consistently produced $2M, $3M, or even $5M+ in annual HVAC sales, we want to speak with you.
Compensation Commission Only 5% – 10% of Closed Revenue Commission percentage is determined based on verified experience, production history, and overall performance.

Remaining actively employed for the first 90 days Generating a minimum of $500,000 in closed HVAC sales
Maintaining good standing with the company
All sales must be installed, invoiced, and collected

Responsibilities
Conduct in-home HVAC consultations
Evaluate existing HVAC systems
Present repair and replacement options
Educate homeowners on comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions
Present financing options
Close replacement system sales
Promote maintenance memberships and IAQ solutions
Maintain accurate records within Service Titan Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation
Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience
Residential replacement sales experience
Strong closing ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Valid driver's license
Preferred Service Titan experience
Financing sales experience
Heat pump sales experience
Documented annual sales production exceeding $2MApplication Questions Production History What was your total HVAC sales revenue for each of the last three years?
What was your highest-producing sales year?
What was your average closing percentage?
What was your average replacement ticket size?
How many sales appointments did you typically run per week?
What percentage of your sales were financed?
What percentage of your sales included IAQ products or accessories?
What CRM or sales software have you used? (Service Titan, Salesforce, Housecall Pro, etc.)What is the largest single HVAC sale you have personally closed?
What annual sales volume do you expect to produce during your first year with APEX General?
