Overview
As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the brand within designated partner retail stores, influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. This role requires you to proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base.
Success hinges on your ability to positively influence every individual you encounter.
While the average compensation ranges from $51,408 to $87,288 (location and personal success dependent), our top performers can earn up to $160,000+ per year. Average compensation in California (Base pay + Incentives) for the first 12 months ranges from $53,654.40 to $89,534.40 (personal success dependent).

- Responsibilities:
Build relationships, educate customers on solar and storage solutions, schedule appointments, and contribute to expanding the customer base within designated stores. - Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-motivation, and genuine passion for the mission. - Schedule:
Flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, to maximize sales success and earnings. - Mobility:
Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius (multi-store territory). - Physical:
Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds in a retail environment.
