Sales Coordinator - Fresno

Located in Central California, in the Sierra Mountains, about four hours east of San Francisco.

Hourly rate: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.

• Develop and continually enhance relationships with parting guests and key accounts to ensure repeat bookings.
• Maintain ongoing and open communication within the sales department as well as with senior management and departmental colleagues throughout daily operations.
• Track sales data and prepare several reports daily and weekly using sales and revenue information.
• Maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date records in the system.
• Manage, maintain, and order all office supplies and sales collateral.
• Assist sales team and guests as necessary with general administrative tasks.
• Process and generate folders for all definite contracts to be distributed to conference planning and accounting.
• Create and distribute effective group resumes and banquet event orders to communicate guest needs to all concerned departments accurately and timely.
• Support electronic communication of advertising and marketing information as necessary.

• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience with a major, minor, or concentration in Hospitality Management or F'B Marketing preferred.
• Sales experience in hospitality or related field.
