Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, serving and selling to an existing customer base. The role is physical and fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $27.50 until assigned a route
• Solid base salary and commission potential after route assignment
• Work a 4‑day week with no nights or weekends
• Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs – active driver’s license, at least 21 years of age, DOT medical certification, and documentation of prior employment
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or military service
• Strong customer‑service orientation
• Self‑motivation and ability to work in a teamwork‑driven environment to meet goals
