Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $45,000.00 – $ Base+Commission/year

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive experience is a HUGE Plus
• Previous Business Development Center experience required
• Positive mental attitude, high energy, and self‑starter
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and listening skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to follow up with guests and clients

• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, dealership and manufacturer events and promotions
• Utilize computer and phone skills within our dealership to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention
• Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Develop and mine customer opportunities (unsold traffic, referrals, new/pre‑owned, and commercial)
