Account Manager / Sales Executive – Fire Sprinkler Systems
Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000 per year
. The position is hosted by Tiffany D'Angelo with a leading fire protection company serving commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

- Develop and execute sales goals and plans for contract department in collaboration with District Management
- Identify, locate, and qualify targeted projects for new construction and service contracts
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships resulting in tangible sales
- Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers via scheduled calls and marketing strategies
- Close sales and handle varied situations encountered during the process
- Perform cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities
- Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in industry events to network and expand business opportunities
- Minimum 4 years of fire sprinkler sales experience
- College degree in business, construction management, or engineering (or equivalent work experience)
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation skills, and sales achievements
- Self‑motivated with strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Experience in B2B sales and account management
- Preferred: previous sprinkler design experience, including hydraulic calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
