What You'll Do- Run warm, pre‑set leads we hand you every week (plus self‑generated when you want to stack income)
- Perform roof inspections — climb a ladder and walk a typical single‑story roof
- Present and close residential and commercial Roof Maxx and roofing jobs in‑home
- Keep your pipeline and appointments tight in our CRM
- Prior sales experience — non‑negotiable
- Contracting or trades background strongly preferred
- Comfortable getting on a ladder and walking a single‑story roof
- Valid driver's license and clean enough record to drive the company truck
- Self‑motivated, coachable, and driven by a KPI scoreboard
