Associate District Manager

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services
.

In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. Daily activities include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads, assessing client or prospect needs, presenting ADP solutions, and closing business in the field.

• A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include:
• One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry, OR
• Military experience.

• Prior quota‑carrying experience.
• Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

• Base salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation range is USD $40,200.00 – USD $79,800.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements.
