What to ExpectThe Sales Trainee Program is a 12‑month program designed to accelerate a career in sales by rotating through several elements of training that provide guided development and on‑the‑job learning. Throughout the year you will experience:
- Learning: Participate in workshops, programs, and other learning opportunities to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Training Engagement: Engage actively in sessions to learn about the company’s products, services, sales techniques, and processes.
- Shadowing: Observe experienced sales professionals, including prospecting, closing, CRM, and post‑sale support.
- Development: Seek feedback, complete evaluations, and set goals for professional growth.
The Sales Trainee Program operates nationwide across multiple locations in the United States. Key locations include cities in Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Program GraduationUpon successful completion, graduates will transition into one of several sales destination roles. Final placement considers individual preferences and business needs.
Responsibilities- Support the sales team with project planning and timeline outlining.
- Prospect new leads and handle customer inquiries.
- Assist in the development of sales proposals, contracts, and closing documentation.
- Coordinate tasks and track progress of sales projects to ensure timely deliverables.
- Interact with customers to understand needs, address inquiries, and provide product information.
- Collect customer feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance overall experience.
- Take initiative to learn new sales techniques, tools, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; 1–3 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong desire to work in a sales‑focused role and learn about products, services, technologies, and processes.
- Self‑motivated with a proven track record of driving results.
- Natural aptitude for assisting customers and effectively addressing their needs.
- Ability to be flexible and open to change.
- Preferred previous sales or internship experience.
