Description
As an ambassador to the Company, the Client Experience Manager—previously known as a sales facilitator—will be professional, approachable, honest, and possess strong in‑person presentation skills. The Sales facilitator must maintain current knowledge and training of the dealership’s vehicles and models. The individual must be self‑motivated, have a strong work ethic, and be driven by success. CEMs will take customers on test drives and be accountable for ensuring all proper paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate to remain compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
Candidates will handle finances and work alongside finance managers to ensure the customer understands and is comfortable with the process. Punjabi/Spanish speaking candidates preferred.

The approximate pay for this position is $16.50 plus a commission‑based pay plan. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and the geographic location of the position.
RequirementsAutomotive experience is a bonus. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record. Candidates must be able to create relationships that result in a returning customer base. Candidates must possess effective interpersonal communication skills. Knowledgeable at using computer programs such as Microsoft Office (E‑mail, Excel, and Word), VIN Solutions, or another CRM application. Candidates must possess the ability to work independently, be self‑motivated, and have the desire to work in a commission, performance‑based environment.
