Our ideal candidate will help offer optimized IT and/or Office solutions to our customers to take their business to the next level while building a career that provides financial stability and a work‑life balance.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Help clients evaluate IT services, printers, copiers, and office technology solutions that support their business goals.
- Perform full‑cycle B2B sales, including prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, closing, and ongoing account growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through upselling, cross‑selling, and introducing additional Office1 solutions.
- Ability to build relationships with business owners, executives, managers, and decision‑makers.
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience, preferably in outside sales, technology sales, copier/print sales, telecom, SaaS, IT services, or another relationship‑based sales environment.
- Resilient, coachable, and able to handle rejection without losing momentum.
- Motivated by a compensation structure where base salary provides stability, while commission rewards performance, consistency, and growth.
- Self‑motivated, organized, proactive, and results‑oriented.
- Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to build trust, ask thoughtful questions, and develop long‑term client relationships.

- This role includes a base salary plus uncapped commission. The base provides stability, while commission gives motivated sales professionals the opportunity to grow their income based on performance, activity, and results.
