Nuvia Dental Implant Center – Implant Sales Rep (Fresno, CA)

We are looking for an energetic, customer‑focused sales professional to join our Fresno center and promote dental implant treatments to prospective patients.

Compensation
  • $50,000 Base Salary
  • Premium commission structure – top performers earn $16,000–$20,000 per month in commission
  • 4–7 warm leads per day

Role Overview

As an Implant Sales Representative, you will guide patients through the implant process, addressing concerns, building trust, and ensuring a smooth transition to treatment. Your goal is to remove barriers that prevent patients from receiving life‑changing dental care.

Responsibilities
  • Build trust and influence patients to accept treatment by addressing their gaps and following up aggressively.
  • Collect payment and manage financial transactions.
  • Maintain an organized CRM and manage your sales queue.
  • Suggest improvements to current processes and follow best‑practice procedures.
  • Attend weekly training and sales meetings.
  • Work regular hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM) with the potential to add extra hours for sales opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English – strongly preferred.
  • Proven B2C sales track record with a history of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal communication and computer skills.
  • Strong empathy and ability to connect with patients on a personal level.
Day In The Life
  • Meet with 4–7 warm leads to discuss full arch implant options.
  • Participate in sales meetings and daily huddles.
  • Connect and follow up with patients to understand their goals and motivations.
  • Present patient information to clinic doctors to determine diagnosis.
  • Assist patients in overcoming barriers to treatment acceptance.
  • Help patients secure financing options.
  • Transfer patients to the administrative team for scheduling.
