Customer Solutions Specialist

What you will enjoy doing*

• Youwill maintain ongoing relationships with regional customers and sales staffby handling calls, correcting order issues, processing orders, and resolving product or service issues
• Process sales orders and changes, confirm shipment/delivery dates, andhandle cancellations
• Provide specialty gas/supplies sales and support to customers, Customer Solutions Specialists, and the outside sales team
• You will use business software systems to retrieve customer information,verify inventory levels, and process orders
• Verify customer credit status and complete paperwork for issuing credits ordebits
• You will provide quotes and assistance to sales force and management withinset parameters
• Suggest additional or alternative products and services to meet customer needs, following pricing guidelines
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all internal Lindecustomers, meeting call center performance metrics

• Youhave a high school diploma; college or equivalent experience preferred
• You posess a minimum of 2 – 4 years of customer service or in-store sales experience
• Prior industry experience with knowledge of company products such ashardgoods, welding supplies, industrial gas, specialty gas, and medical gasis required
• Hands-on experience in Specialty Gas/Hydrocarbon industries is required
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications and Lotus Notes are essential for this role
• You should posess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You should demonstrate the ability to work independently and beself-motivated and work flexible hours
