You're not just selling HVAC systems - you're creating comfort solutions. You'll:

• Connect with homeowners in their space and help them find the perfect heating and cooling solution.
• Turn warm leads and service calls into loyal, lifelong customers.
• Deliver engaging, professional in-home presentations (no cold calling marathons here!).
• Offer financing, explain promotions, and make sure every homeowner feels informed and confident.
• Follow up after installations to ensure a five-star experience - and earn those referral bonuses!
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and marketing teams to make every install seamless.

• 2+ years of sales experience (B2C, in-home, or commission-based preferred).
• You're driven, self-motivated, and love setting (and smashing) goals.
• Excellent communication and follow-through - you build trust fast.
• Professional appearance and a people-first attitude.
• Comfortable working flexible hours (evenings/weekends when customers are home).
• Ready to climb ladders, crawl attics, or walk rooftops when needed - because comfort starts at the source!
