Are you an experienced agronomy sales professional who believes growers deserve quality, proven branded products and not generic commodities? Do have a passion for crop advising and building professional relationships with farmers and growers?
We are looking for a few motivated Direct-to-Grower Agronomy Sales Representatives to join our team. This is more than a sales role, you will serve as a trusted resource to growers by combining agronomic expertise, crop advising, and relationship-driven sales.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with growers and agricultural customers.
- Sell a portfolio of high-quality branded agronomy products that deliver value and performance in the field.
- Provide knowledgeable crop advising and agronomic recommendations to help growers achieve their production goals.
- Develop new business while growing and maintaining existing accounts.
- Manage your assigned territory and identify opportunities for continued sales growth.
- Represent the company professionally and serve as a trusted partner to growers.
- 2-3+ years of experience in agronomy, agricultural sales, crop consulting, or a related field.
- PCA (Pest Control Adviser) certification (required).
- CCA (Certified Crop Adviser) certification (required).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with growers.
- Strong agronomic knowledge and the ability to confidently advise customers on crop production.
- A professional, self-motivated approach with strong communication and sales skills.
- A passion for agriculture and a commitment to helping growers succeed.
- Most importantly, someone who takes pride in selling quality branded products rather than competing solely on generic commodity price.
