Full Time position in 4381 N. Brawley Ave Fresno Ca , 93722

Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing leads and appointment setting for sales team
Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and Management to develop lead
generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
To act as an ambassador for the business, and promote its products and services.
To work closely with the Costco Liaison and Marketing team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets( lead goals).
To inform potential client s on the company’s products and services.
To gather relevant prospect information.
To use events to gain potential leads.
To input lead information onto the company database.
To build relationships with colleagues and clients.
To deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.
To ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept.
To assist with other departments as required.

Responsibilities

To foster good relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams.
To proactively support their manager by suggesting new ideas.
To refer to senior team members for advice and support.
To attend all staff meetings and training sessions as and when required.
To maintain a Guest-orientated approach and demonstrate a professional approach to work and team mates at all times.

Desired Skills

Previous lead generating experience would be preferred.
Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good verbal and written skills.
A positive approach to objection handling is essential.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
You must be financially motivated, energetic and reliable with a hunger to succeed.
We are looking for someone upbeat and organized.
Tenacity for high standard of guest service.
