We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate as a Country Representative / Manager for the US market. This new opening is focused on procurement and QA, as well as business development, sales and marketing to industrial and ingredients customers in the US and adjacent countries. The optimal candidate brings a few years of hands‑on experience in the dried food or related commercial food sector.
Your basis is California and will report to Global Management.
- Responsible for procurement and related logistics where necessary
- Enforce export quality assurance
- Drive sales activities across North America for selected products to industry clients
- Collaborate between internal stakeholders to improve internal processes in operations, logistics and sales
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Contacts to growers/buyers/customers within the edible nut industry
- University degree in Business, Economics or related field
- 5-7 of years of work experience in sales and marketing
- Proven hands‑on attitude and outgoing personality
- Fluent in English. Business proficiency in Spanish and another language is a plus
- Willingness to travel
- High exposure to international community in food and commodity sector
- Exceptional potential to grow within the company
- Interdisciplinary approach to business
