Job DescriptionACE offers Sundays off, flexible schedules, and all associates are eligible to participate in our 401k plan. All positions are eligible to participate in our 401k subject to the specific plan document.

We're looking for Sales Associates who have an entrepreneurial spirit and can work independently, embracing accountability for overall store performance. Building trust with customers is a top priority, so you will need to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with their challenges, all with the intent of providing exceptional service. Sales Associates will need to understand the diverse range of financial products and services that ACE offers.
It is beneficial to have two or more years of retail experience. Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most of our markets and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred: A high-energy and sales-oriented personality Strong oral and written communication skills High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task while still adhering to our customer service expectations Ability to work independently in a solitary environment, with little to no supervision Knowledge of basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all unit measures using whole numbers, percentages, common fractions, and decimals
