Furniture Sales

Ramos Furniture is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is motivated by sales and earning potential. Furniture sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

• Welcome customers and help them find furniture that fits their needs, style, and budget
• Assist customers with sofas, sectionals, dining sets, bedrooms, mattresses, and other home furnishings
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, financing options, and availability
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Follow up with customers and help turn inquiries into sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
• Stay knowledgeable about current products, promotions, and inventory
• Work with the sales and management team to meet individual and store sales goals

• Friendly and confident communicating with customers
• Motivated and comfortable working in a sales environment
• Dependable and professional
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to learn about furniture and our products
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required

This position includes hourly pay with commission earning potential
. Employees receive their hourly base pay, with the opportunity to earn more based on sales performance and the company's commission structure.
