Sales Associate

Pay: $56,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Serves as a guide toward utilizing warranty.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or related field
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records effectively
• Technical sales knowledge is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in appliance, electronics, jewelry, or grocery store sales is beneficial
• Proficiency in retail math calculations
• Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office required, specifically Word, Excel and Publisher required.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in the sales of appliances, lighting, furniture, plumbing, etc... preferred;

Sales associates are scheduled approx. 8 hours per day, Mon-Sat, between 730am and 7pm with a weekday off. We are closed on Sundays.
